US Congressman Mac Thornberry (R, TX) introduced a new House Bill to try to end the dispute between private property owners and the Bureau of Land Management.
Rep. Thornberry said it will help give the property owners, Comanche, Kiowa and Apache tribes and the state of Texas a say in any new survey the federal agency conducts.
