Selena Gomez was the center of attention Thursday (Sept. 14) after she took to Instagram to disclose that she had a kidney transplant due to Lupus complications earlier this summer. But she appeared to be on the mend already as she was also spotted on Thursday in New York on set of her upcoming movie with Woody Allen.
