Open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act begins November 1st. The Community Healthcare Center in Wichita Falls is the only place offering free sign-up services to help Texomans enroll in the ACA.
“We’re free and unbiased assistants to clients and patients who want to enroll in the marketplace or see if they are eligible,” said Certified Application Councilor Rhea Wineinger.
While open enrollment lasts through January 31st of next year, if you want your coverage to be effective by January 1st, 2017, you’ll need to sign up by December 15th.
