Those who live on Lake Graham are devastated after the body of a toddler was found in the water Tuesday morning, three hours after he went missing from a nearby home.

Neighbors including one man who helped search for the 22-month-old boy are heartbroken. The Young County Sheriff’s office said several agencies including Texas Game Wardens, DPS Troopers, Graham firefighters and police, plus people from the community all came out to help find Luke.
